    Instagram has announced today that every user has the right to download and save their own data from the Instagram app just exactly like Facebook and Google tools that allow users to secure their Instagram privacy, this step was announced by Instagram after the GDPR(General Data Protection Regulation) Congress testimony of which Mark Zuckerberg testifies.

    the company confirmed to TechCrunch. “We are building a new data portability tool,” a spokesperson said. “You’ll soon be able to download a copy of what you’ve shared on Instagram, including your photos, videos, and messages.”

    this tool will help Instagram users by more control for their own shared stuff from photos and videos and original moments so maybe they are even lost from owners
